Dr Karl Nolles has been a Visiting Professor with the Joint Graduate School of Energy and Environment (JGSEE) at King Mongut University of Technology in Bangkok since 2019, and has delivered a series of public lectures on various topics related to energy transformation and environmental finance.
This is the first of three public lectures on "Environmental Finance" delivered at JGSEE/KMUTT in July 2023. This lecture is an overall survey of the field of environmental finance, and introduces a broad taxonomy of the field.
